You must bring your passport or identity card, a credit card or cash to pay the security deposit and your driving license. To rent a scooter you must have a valid driving license according to the regulations of the country.

Yes. You can ride all our scooters even with a passenger.
No. It is forbidden to ride without wearing a helmet. Both the driver and the passenger must wear their own helmet, even if it is a 50cc.
You are fully covered by insurance in case of damage caused by a third party. For damage caused to the scooter, or theft of the scooter, the insurance reduces the amount to be paid to an excess, in case of compliance with the contractual rental agreements.

Yes, you must return the scooter with the same fuel level as when you rented it. Otherwise, we will charge you for the cost of petrol when you return the scooter.
Yes. When completing your online booking, you can select various types of deliveries and/or collections at hotels or airports among the "extras".
In case of cancellation by the customer of the reserved vehicle, communicated via email (scooterrentalsalerno@gmail.com) or by phone (+39 3921427066 - +39 3317652800) with more than 7 days' notice before the start of the rental, the customer will be entitled to a full refund (100% of the rental fee). If the customer cancels within 7 days before the scheduled pickup of the vehicle, the full amount (100% of the rental fee) will be charged.
The renter must inform the shop in advance of any changes to the duration of the rental. In accordance with the contractual conditions, Scooter Rental Salerno will charge a penalty of €50 in addition to the extra rental cost. Additionally, it is illegal to drive with an expired rental agreement.
Unfortunately not. Once you begin your rental, the amount that has been paid cannot be refunded. We do not provide refunds if the renter delivers the scooter (and/or extras) before the date and time mentioned in the contract.
